PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

Welcome

We are glad you are considering the flagship of the University of Colorado, located on the beautiful Boulder campus, as your new academic home to pursue the study of theatre or dance.  In addition to the BA degree programs in Theatre and Dance, we also offer four BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) degrees:

BFA in Dance
BFA in Performance (Theatre)
BFA in Design, Technology or Management
BFA in Musical Theatre

Each faculty member in the Department of Theatre & Dance has professional experience in the performing arts and is committed to engaging students in the creation, performance, and analysis of theatre arts.  In and outside of the classroom you will find many opportunities for one-on-one interaction with professors through working on productions, independent research / creative projects, mentoring, and advising.

For graduate students, we offer two degrees in Theatre and one in Dance:

MA in Theatre
PhD in Theatre
MFA in Dance
